Self Defence

We are approved by the British Judo Association as personal advisors to a common, national standard subject to annual re-certification.

Course 3 - Rigid Handcuffing

Course 4 - Firearms Awareness

We employ staff who have previously instructed the military and the police in the use of firearms. This course provides an in depth understanding of the range and capabilities of all types of weapons and the best type of cover. It would suit security staff.

Course 5 - Principles of crowd control and body searching

This would suit Stewards at large sporting or entertainment venues.

Course 6 - Defensive driving

Course 7 - Revalidation of basic and advanced personal safety courses

This is a half day annual recertification course and a certificate is presented on completion.

Course 8 - Women's Self Defence

A course designed specifically for women. Female trainers can be used if preferred.
